There would be money in selling a cheap hardware kvm->vnc solution.

do ps2(no usb) support for v1 as thats pretty easy;
needed is to go from vga (ignore dvi) -> bitmap -> vnc bitmap out data -> vnc server program

do the usual scroll lock override to access a control, with scroll-lock 2x sending scroll lock down the wire.
